This past weekend Montreal Hosted some serious talent for the POP montreal music festival. It all started for the crue at Coda on friday night where we hosted CongoRock all the way from Italia! It was pretty epic and sloppy !

Saturday we all managed to get are shit together to check out Montreal’s own A-Trak and Germany’s Boys Noize in the “Attack of the Unibros” Tour! Also noted Jordan Dare had the crowd bouncing off the walls with a very rare and exciting opening set .. once again you don’t have to take my word for it just check the photo sets … HERE

Canadian WeSC ACTIVIST Alex Gavin is work horse like no other!!! Not only has Gavin been a heavy force in the Canadian skate scene for the better part of the last decade but his work ethic is truly on another level…

There’s been a lot crazy things happing at Tiger over the past few months that sometimes we get too caught up in mix to really keep you all up to date! One of the craziest new developments is a partnership with NEW BALANCE Canada to aid in the marketing, development & sales of their Tier 1 & 2 image/lifestyle program! The NEW BALANCE’s lifestyle program has been extremely successful across Japan & Europe so there’s no shortage of hype or demand but just a matter of making it actually available!
I don’t know HOW MANY times in the past i’ve been checking blogs and come across an insane pair of “Europe Only” NB’s…. well, as of last week, that’s officially changing! The new spring ‘09 samples arrived in our offices and there’s some serious heat within!.. Spring bookings have already started and the people are hyped…..Welcome to the Tiger Family NEW BALANCE

Our friends at Adidas Canada have been pretty busy the past few months building & tweeking their skate division. They put together a solid roster of canadian talent (including lifelong WeSC activist Tyler Maher) and they’ve been keeping these boys busy with constant trips & filming missions all across the east! Adidas recently put together a feature of the Canuck crew on there site that you should CHECK….

After surviving another successful Swedish mission, our next stop of the journey was to Barcelona, Spain.
By far one of my favorite cities in europe, it’s impossible not to be truly blown away just rolling through the streets. Add in a sales meeting/vision quest from our hommies from SIXPACK, the Bread’N'Butter tradeshow madness and Spain absolutely spanking Germany in the Euro-Cup finals, Barcy was super charged….
