Parkour is often called a martial art... it's cross-country running meets gymnastics... originating in France, the activity has spread to cities worldwide... in fact I just saw some cats 'parkouring' here in Melbourne... I dig this video about Parkour by Singapore graphic design student "Saggy Armpit" (a chick)... the flip book format lends itself to the kinetic nature of the activity.
